Terms and Conditions

Special order items and including Machine purchases.

If you have ordered a special order like a key machine or engraver then it is not cancellable or refunded by us unless we agree to this even if it hasnt been delivered yet but on the way to the UK. All our key and engraving machines are built to order in Korea and there is a large amount of costs just getting it to us which we build into the cost plus any duty to us. If we do decide to cancel then these costs must be paid by the customer, or we can normally sell this on your behalf but it could take a while.

All deposits are non Refundable on any special order items including all machines as these are built to order.

We do not order or build any machines without a NON-Refundable deposit which is 50% of the value.
