Shipping and returns

If you have ordered a special order like a key machine or engraver then it is not cancellable by you unless we agree to this even if it hasnt been delivered yet but on the way to the UK. All our key and engraving machines are built to order in Korea and there is a shipping cost to the uk of £14.00 per KG which we build into the cost plus any duty to us. If we do decide to cancel then these costs must be paid by the customer, or we can normally sell this on your behalf but it could take a while.

We have various ways of shipping to you. If you choose the 1st class ( to uk only), we are not responsible if it gets lost and you will still have to pay. We suggest 1st class recorded ( up to £36.00), Special delivery, courier, etc for a guarantee.

For orders made from the UK 20.% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. If you have a valid VAT number outside of the UK then you can enter it and you will not be charged VAT

Your rights to return goods are not protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a refund, excluding the cost of delivery and a restocking fee. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. We will give you a returns number. Do not return any goods without this returns number otherwise we will reject this and send it back to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed. After 7 days we do not accept returns for credit.

Any goods returned in 7 days should be in saleable condition and not used and with the original packing.

Any goods returned in 7 days that are not faulty would be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
